It's  basically an installation of SMF, with a very very basic theme (things like Index.template.php and Display.template.php edit heaps).
Couldn't you tell by the URL's on the documentation site? The sections (Installing SMF, Upgrading SMF, etc.) are boards, and I'd assume that the major headings (Installing, Converting and Upgrading SMF, Using SMF, etc) are the board categories. The actual topics are topics in the specified board.
