1.0.7 Cookie bug? Known issue?

After I read a post (e.g. hxxp:www.mydomain.com/forum/index.php?topic=1596.0 [nonactive]) as a guest...even I switched back to hxxp:www.mydomain.com/forum/index.php [nonactive] and then clicked the login icon, I was still redirected to topic=1596.0 right after I logged.

Btw, it happens only using IE. Firefox is fine.

It doesn't happen here @www.simplemachines.org tested with both IE and Firefox.
