Pay for post

Hi mates,
After a long time, I am back to SMF. And so happy with that.
Now I installed the latest version. And need a mod which makes users pay to post in a particular category in the forum.
I searched and found this one http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=71952.0 but could not install at all.
Do you know any simple and working mods for this for 1.1.1
