Security lock out for IP address

Where can I find the setting that controls how long a wokstation (IP address) is locked out when they enter an incorrect password too many times. My users are getting the message "Sorry, you are out of login chances. Please come back and try again later.". This only applies when they are at their work station. If they go to another computer they can log in, so I guess that the IP address is being banned for a specific amount of time. How do I reset this ban or change the time limit?

am not an expert but this is what i found testing....

CP / Features an options / Basic Features / Failed login threshold.......set a number....

"Set the number of failed login attempts before directing the user to the password reminder screen."
