Diference betwen firefox and explorer

Hi to everyone
I have a forum runinf in 1.1 RC2 I have installed a Theme and now I have a problem with 2 thing in the index.template.php
I leave here the 2 differences are in the Jogos (Arcade butom) and the news in firefox is OK in explorer no like you can see in img..
How can I fix It?

You can either upload or post the image on image hosting site.
Please make it either a png or jpeg picture.

What it sounds like is a theme problem.
