Edit Permissions Bug?

Not sure what this is but when I try to go to admin panel, then edit permissions...I see a message in all the fields stating something about "Notice undefined index in ManagePermissions.template.php in line 285 but there are only like 278 lines in the file?  I want users to be able to view attachments and I cant figure out where to set this?

Can you run a detailed version check to make sure your language files are up to date?

Thank you that seemed to work ....for some reason when I uploaded the files some didnt overwrite, I redid the upload and I know have the most recent version of all files.  Although, in the Default Template area it shows a few ?? Why is that?
