My forums, located at http://www.fireemblemworld.com/forums/, were working perfectly up until yesterday, and then suddenly stopped working abruptly and gave this bizarre little error page:

Well, I looked up that particular file, and these are its entire contents. I haven't changed any files on the site recently, and haven't done anything that should have altered the forums in any way. The rest of my site is still functioning correctly (including the online game), and the forums seem to be the only thing that isn't working.

Anyone have any idea what's wrong?

Yes, but not in the last several months. The forums were working perfectly until the other day, and it makes no sense why they suddenly stopped working, since I haven't changed anything on the site whatsoever, and haven't even touched the Admin panel recently.

You may lose all your modifications doing this, but I would recommend you upload a clean sources and themes (and including a clean index.php) which may bring it back online.
