External avatar changed when theme changes....

Hi! On my board of someone has filled in:

I have my own pic:
Specify your own avatar by URL. (ex: http://  etc

This gets cleared when that member then changes theme's. Is there anyway of stopping this?

I'm not sure how that could be possible, at least if you're running Beta 5 Public, because the avatar settings are in a different part of the profile than the theme settings...

That's what I thought, although it does happen. If you want to test it out:
