Error after rebuilding forum

My hosting company got hacked, and I've had to rebuild the forum.  I installed SMF 1.0 Beta 5, restored my database, (thankfully backed up), and now I get this error when I try to post as admin.

Unknown column 'ID_BOARD' in 'field list'
File: /home/benscus/public_html/forum/Sources/Post.php
Line: 1002

I've also gotten the same error, but with: Line:943.

I'm not sure what to do here, as I don't have much experience.

You didn't use the Beta 5 Public upgrade.php script or you didn't let it finish.

I did some checking, and the database was backed up when SMF 1.0 4.1Beta was in use.  I upgraded to ver. 5Beta and tried to use the database from a 4.1 install.  Will uploading the 5Beta upgrade package, and running it fix the database issue?  Or do I need to install 4.1 restore my database, then upgrade?
