1.1RC3 Upgrade Problem: Upgrade.PHP Not removed

I have removed upgrade.php and it was gone but today when I logged back in, I saw the security warning again stating that the upgrade.php is not removed.

How is this possible?

sorry i just dont know how to post a topic here. looks like i am always getting warning so i dont know when to or not to start a new topic before searching for a right topic to post in.

Well, read the guidelines and you should do fine 

About your problem, are you sure there is no file upgrade.php left anywhere on your server? It doesn't have to be in the forumdirectory to cause an error.
