Many changes occurred I recommend using beyond compare to see the differences.

Ok so im using the inferno theme on RC3. I am using the smf gallery also (not pro). Images that are uploaded to the gallery are too big and flow off the theme so what i would like to do rather than restricting the size of images added is that when they are uploaded they are sized down to fit the theme but if you click on them they will blow up to there full size to view them. Is there a mod to make this possible? I have seen it on a site or 2 before but dont know how to go about it. Help appreciated

No addon for that currently. That is part of SMF Gallery Pro

Hi,
I'm very new to administrating a forum.  I did manage to get the gallery mod installed and it works for the most part
I am getting this error when I try to comment:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function theme_postbox() in /home/bellawe1/public_html/smf/Sources/Load.php(1733) : eval()'d code on line 1025

I'm also struggling to figure out how to add the link/button to the nav menu. I think it's probably a theme issue. I'll probably figure that one out but the above error...I'm clueless...

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to only allow uploaded images to be shown. Example image links say from photobucket. I had to disable this mod a while back as I was only able to get images uploaded onto my site to be shown. But this used up far too much space. It's a long time since then and was wondering if it was possible to only allow linked images to be used?

Really hoping it's possible as it's a really nice mod, and much more fun for my members to browse and look through then just using a topic set up.

Linked images are not supported mainly because it would throw the entire layout out of whack since there would be no thumbnails of the images.

It's disappointing as like I said it's a lovely mod. But totally can understand, can't imagine it being so nice if the layout was majorly screwed up.

But I have far too many members and they have near no restraint lol so I can't afford to host all the images they'd put up each day, not if I want to also be able to host all their stories and roleplays.

Sad I can't use it, but very happy others can.

Not from a post. They have to upload them using the gallery categories.

Hi there, I have recently added the SMF Gallery to my forum and everything is working fine however I am getting on images that all staff and members can unapprove/approve, edit and delete images from the Gallery itself, is there a setting so you can change certain usergroups settings for the Gallery?

There is a permission you can toggle for gallery called "Manage Gallery" under Admin -> Permissions for each membergroup.
That permission really so be set only for gallery admins.
