Hi.

I have several users reporting that they can´t see any attached images on the board. One of them reports that he can't preview messages (all of them are registered members).

what should I do ?

Check permissions. Are your users allowed to see attachments?

ok, I did that, but now they say that they can see the "additional options", but they can't post any image and they can't preview messages. I'm sure about the permissions settings. what else could it be ?

the URL is www.huecos.com/foros it's in spanish (sorry). I've created a tester. it has global moderator permissions (the global mods are the ones who are reporting the problems on the forum). and yes, they are allowed to post attachments. I've tried to post images and preview them from my computer and had no troubles: look the last post here: http://www.huecos.com/foro/index.php?topic=451.0 but they can't... I don't know why.

Those moderators who has proplems. Are they in an another group? Is that groups attacments permision "Deny" ?

no... they are global mod, like "test". I have 3 global mods, test is one of them. the other two describe the same problems.

Okay. This is important. Is theyr primary membergroup what? And what are secondary?
What are permissions about attacments in group "ungroupped members"?

I don't understand primary and secondary membergroup. they are global mod, one of them is "crater" which means more than 500 messages, and the other two (including test) are "huequito", which means less than 50 messages. the permissions of the ungrouped members are the same (view and post attachments A)

I don't see the "can preview messages y/n" option in the permissions. these two members report that they can't preview the messages they write.

Preview seems to work, i tested that. Can you pm me admin passwords, i look whats going on.

Okay, i checked. Permissions are fine. I can post attacments as golbal moderator and preview works. I'm sorry shutiri, but if i cant see that error, its hard to fix it.
