Is it possible to let guests on forums but not view the board

Ok, like say guests are allowed on the forum but when they click on a board to view, like all the topics are hidden, something like this:

I am looking for similar functionality. Closest thing i've found so far is here http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=16281.0 but it isn't working in V1.1 RC3

Hopefully someone will come along anf help out here.
