Can't see Request Code

when people wanna register they cant see the request code. How can I fix it??

Have you installed any mod about visual verification? If so, is your forum UTF-8 in turkish?

yes its turkish and I installed some mods but I uninstalled them..

Reupload index.turkish-utf8.php and your problem should be solved.

there is no file like this name :s index.turkish.php just have this one

Hmm, then reupload that one. But in any case, get a backup of that file first..

yes it doesnt work again I couldnt login and couldnt register

Can you change the language to english in your forum? (edit Settings.php file) So I can have a look whether it is a language problem as I think, or not.

(If you have problems on requesting support in english here, I can move this to turkish)

i think there is no problem with language file.when try to login as an administrator or a user , a white screen appears.is there a problem with mods?and the second question ; how can we remove these mods easily not being login?

Do you have any mods currently installed? If not, I'll suggest reuploading Load.php, or all Sources folder.

but there is an problem with user name...it contains turkish character "ş"...then the error is "Invalid character used in Username."

You can't register in turkish when the forum is english. Can't you login also? I've never tried that before.

I'm waiting for the answer of "any mods installed?"

No I uninstalled them.. (mods)

and the username problem appeared coz we changed the language..

please try to register first

Ok, what I would do is to re-upload the Sources folder again, since you don't have any mods installed.

I re upload it but didnt work..

I tried 2 login but first white screen appeared. I refreshed the page it didnt work. After I go the index page. it seemed I loged in.. But why does it happen?
