I'm from Romania, Paypal don't have Romania on the list...and they not intend to put it back :((


How could I pay for an installation?

why do you need to pay for a installation?

anyway, maybe you want to check http://www.smf.ro and there you will find a step-by-step installation; (which is very simple btw)
