Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC3
I have been tring for several days to run the setup. I uploaded the files and then run the setup.php file then I get this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in /.../Forum1/install.php on line 1382

Any ideas how I can fix this. I have my site hosted on apollo hosting just incase any of you are familar with apollo.

Ask your helpdesk to increase the php memory limit from 8mb to 12mb.

Thans, I am glad you told me that for I found out they only offered 8mb on the server I was on so they had to upgrade me to a newer server for 12mbs. This will take a day or so to complete. I hope that solves my problem to where I can do the setup and get my site up and running. Thanks
