Icon to locked boards

Hi!

This is a suggestion for a new feature but it is a request too.

I think this is quite simple, but I don't known how and where I make the modifications..., what I want is that the board icon change to another one it the user can't open new threads or can't post anything.

I think that is only one new image (of course ), one or two ifs to verify the user permitions and nothing more..., anybody can help me?

There is a code change to use this, but it's a little confusing. I would also like some sort of mod for this to make it simple.

 I thought this was released already, but maybe not. Bigguy's got it all packaged up as a mod. I think right now it's only on smfhelper:  http://www.smfhelper.com/index.php/topic,266.0.html

That doen's resolve my problem..., I want something that play with userpermissions..., for example

I am administrator, so, I have no boards with that icon (the lock icon), but I have one board that newbies only can reply and can't open new threads..., so that board appears them with the locked icon.
