Unlock request for Locked

Today morning, i got this idea, after conducting poll n my forum, decided it as a request @mod.
* when i lock threads, there should be an option for unlock request.
* users just able to request to unlock it by clicking n "Unlock Request"
* no of Unlock requests, who requested should be visible below topic

because, i frequently lock lot of topics which are not interested to me/moderator team, because we are experts n those, think, useless. But listening to ppl, they still interested to look into. So if i get lot of requests to unlock, then i can unlock it.....
