Oh yeah the laptop problem.  Yeah I saw you in the Dell commercial where you were rocking to the beat at the dorm party and knocked it off the desk face down. I hope that gets resolved quick.

My thoughts also - I recommend the KF Web server, but there are others that are more known perhaps. Not difficult to set up at all.

Hmm... I think I may have just figured it out, or have at least made some progress. I just shut down ZoneAlarm and then checked phpMyAdmin and it seems to be able to access MySQL now. My local SMF install doesn't work, but that may just as well be because I've been messing around with it, so I'm going to start off with a fresh install and see if that works....

Sweet that worked! Hmm... two weeks and it'll be done, I've got a lot of other stuff to do right now too.

Okay, obviously it hasn't been finished in those two weeks. Unfortunatly I can't finish it before the contest ends either, as I am going to the Czech Republic until the 30th and most likely won't be able to finish it after I get back.

For this reason, I am offering anybody who wishes to work on it to enter this theme in the contest and recieve any winnings it will get.

The primary things that should still be done are:

• Completion and perfection of the stylesheets
• Creating all necessary buttons with the proper texts on them (the base images for the buttons are done)
• Converting the html I've used so far into xhtml

If you are interested in doing this, please send me a private message within 2 hours and 20 minutes after this message has been posted and I will give you the files needed as well as provide proof to the moderators that you are allowed to enter the theme.

In case it turns out the theme has been completed below the standards I believe they should be up to, I wish to reserve the right to enter my theme under my own name, as a seporate or replacing entry in the theme contest.
