XMB to SMF problem

a run the converter and everything seems to work, then when i go to the SMF installation i converted it has all the members converted over, but it only takes 1 of the 8 or 9 forums that i need it to convert too, is there a work-around? thx in advance, oh btw the converter just display a blank page upon completion, is that part of the error?
