Find    foreach ($context['member']['list_additional_groups'] as $list_additional_group) and replace with    if (isset($context['member']['list_additional_groups']))
   foreach ($context['member']['list_additional_groups'] as $list_additional_group)

I just tried that, cleared the forum cache and still get the same error, just down a line which is now

==>125:        foreach ($context['member']['list_additional_groups'] as $list_additional_group)

if (!empty($context['member']['list_additional_groups']))

To clear the cache go to Admin > Maintenance > Forum Maintenance > Empty the file cache

Hmm, the images were aligned nicely when I tested it. I wonder if it's still cached wrongly. It is an hour cache, so maybe it'll correct itself in an hour.
