Visual Identification in Private Messages Not Appearing

SMF Version: SMF 1.1.1
I recently installed the SMF 1.1.1

When a user attempts to send a PM to another use, the visual verification is not showing up... rather its a broken image link... is there a way to disable this feature or find out why the image is broken?   the site is at hxxp:www.risingsonchoir.com [nonactive]
