Today I got hacked and I'm using SMF 1.1.7 anyways to pevent it? I lost very valuable information =[

Maybe the hackers used a keylogger and stoled you pass.

It was a 15 year old... He did it in less then 5min and it wasn't keylogged I was on my account and he demoted all admins

without knowing how he actually got access, it would be hard to tell you were to start unless you were previously on 1.1.6 and were exploited before installing 1.1.7.
