Hide Topic (not post) with Criteria

Request a MOD to hide a topic (not the individual post..this one i know there's a mod) from users view with criteria like "Post Count More Than XXX" or even better "Credits More Than XXX", or "{Custom Profile Field} More Than/Equal/Contain XXX".

This could limit the viewing of a Topic to a specific user based on the selected Criteria. Only allowed members can hide, or unhide the Topic.
