Image Not Resized!

Hello, I'm use smf 1.1.2 with Dilber mc themes and many mods installed.
There's one problem that very annoying. Image that posted in topic (image from external server such as imageshack , not attached) ,it didn't resized even when i set width & height in admin , basic setting.

I search from previous topics , there're answers to set at admin , basic setting and i do . Nothing resized.

May be from installing many mod? I attach display.template.php here.
Please look for anything abnormal. Thank you very much

Now i've a new clue. I accidentally change theme board to default theme and found that the image 's resized!
then i change back to dilber, image got large again.

Dilber's not own display.template.php .
What 's the cause?
Search old topic not seen any answer.

OK . I get the answer.
Because of display.template.php call class name = "post"
that have not in style.css in dilber theme.
To correct it , recode in display or add class in stlye.css.
