Ajax Topics

I was thinking at first this could be a theme, but having it as a mod would probably be more efficient. If topics that were added could be done so dynamically using Ajax (kinda like the shout box)  when reading posts it would be awesome. I do not think updates while posting would be necessary, but a notification while typing might be...
