Approving Registrations

I am working on a closed forum for a select group.  I have the settings set that you must register to get in, but I want to be able to approve the registrations before someone goes in. Can this be done?

Set it to "Memeber Approval" in the registration settings. More information on those settings can be found by clicking the help button right next to 'em.
