Need help for settings!

I can't figure out where to change the settings so that a person can post a topic and replies show up underneath the original post- right now any replies show on top which sends the original post down the line! Can you help?

This option should be on by default already unless someone changed it. Orignal topics are on top and any more recent replies will pile up on the bottom. To reset this for everyone, go into Admin->Themes and Layouts->Reset Options and click on Reset default (guest) options for this theme. Then look for the line that says Show most recent posts at the top.. Click on the drop down box and choose Change. Uncheck that box (it should be checked according what you said above). Save it and go back to the Reset Options. Click on Reset all members' current options for this theme and do the same thing to reset it.
