Error with package

i cant upload package smf_1-1-2_arabic-utf8 when i am going to upload then i got error the error was (The package you tried to upload either is not a valid package or has become corrupted).Plz help me to make it correct

Packages can't be installed through the package manager. Install it by hand.

that's not a package for the package manager. it's an archive that you have to extract and upload to your site on your own.

Use Winzip and copy the files in the folders on your FTP.
