Thread style layout using this software?

Is is possible using simple machine software to have the layout of your discussion boards the "threaded" style, where you list all posts on an index and then click to read each one individually? 

For example, like this:

hxxp:forums.creativecow.net/cgi-bin/new_view_posts.cgi?forumid=162 [nonactive]

Is there a way to make each post an individual file?  like this:

hxxp:forums.creativecow.net/readpost/162/865434 [nonactive]?

and have the followups and related posts linked from inside each post?

It's not possible.
There is a View single post mod, but it doesn't link to the other ones.

Thanks very much.  But I could presumably hire someone knowledgeable who could add the links, ya think?

You can always post it in the mod request board (or if you want I'll move this).
Maybe somebody will make a mod for it then
