"Unable to load the 'main' template." when giving out karma.

Hi there, it's my first post here and I hope you can help me.

I don't know what happened, but everytime a user (or admin) is trying to give out karma, the error message "Unable to load the 'main' template." occures.
What is this and how can I fix it? I'm using version 1.1.3, link to board is hxxp:dsemu.dl.am/ [nonactive]

but the ignore-function works without problems, so what is it?

Looks like it was covered in the support topic for a mod:

Start witth replacing the /Sources/Display.php file, looks like you need to remove that mod you have installed on your board.
