Yes it looks nice. But, this is not flash, you know that right? Please read above how to get your logo from glittermaker, and later gifworks . Then get your logo, and change it with logo.gif in images folder. Later go to admin/current theme and select the first option. Then those things such as member, and topic amount will be seen under the logo as mine.The left bottom and right bottom are seem different. I don't know why it changes the color. One is darker I am sorry, but it is going to be very small error for this theme

this is related with one of your mods applied. When you upload the theme on fresh SMF, you don't get any error. Hence, I am sorry but I don't know the answer to solve that problem.
Also, I couldn't understand this part. Can you show what you mean using some pictures?

No. Actually, flash is faster because flash headers have smaller size than images.
When people connect your page second time, I guess those flash files will be recognized by cookies. Hence, I don't think it creates heavy bandwidth. Thanks for the question to clearfy the issue.

If you want that to be on the home page only, then we edit boardindex.template. However, you need to erase the code that you applied on index.template before you begin.
first search for

Then, erase it
Next
From boardindex.template
Search for

Then you are done.
However, if you want the shoutbox to be seen at everypage, then you edit index.template, not boardindex.template

You need to write the codes from admin/current theme
As you said, there is a box to write to codes. If you write codes in the correct way, then it will work.
For example

1.  It doesn't auto install.  I have to unzip it and uplaod the folder to my site then install it.

2.  How do I remove the line on the top with the butttons to select the colors.  So in other words have only 1 color.  Remove the option to select other colors. al

You can remove the color bar from admin/current theme. You see the bar even if you don't allow your members to select since you are admin.

About auto installation, you need to arrange permissions. Chmods should be 777 for theme directory. I have installed the theme lots of time, and it has been tested lots of time by customization team.

Don't worry. Of course it will be changed. Because of the cookies, you see that. However, if you ask another user what the color he sees, then he will verify the color you selected. For example, if you choose a color (choose different color from your default color) from the color option on the index.template, and later  logout, then you will be the guest. Then, you will realize you use the color you selected from admin/current theme.
