Cookie not recognized on link? (minor bug?)

Ok, here's the situation. 

Try this, and see if it works for you: it may be a small bug.

Go to http://www.shuntbox.com
it's a new RC2 install of SMF. 
Login: test
Pass: testing

Have it keep you logged in 'forever.'
Click around for a minute.

Then, without logging out, go to http://www.publichealthcenter.com/blogs/femi
It's a blog of a friend of mine.  On the right, under links, click on 'DISCUSSION FORUM,' which is a link back to the original forum.

At the top of the page, the forum will say "Welcome Guest," and it will appear that you aren't logged in.
However, click on one of the forums, and suddenly, you're logged in without logging in. 

Can anybody else reproduce this?  It happens to me all the time.
