smileys are not working !!

If you go to Admin -> Smileys and Smiley Sets and go to Smiley Sets - do you have any installed? (Should be by default!)

OK, and you don't have "Disable BBC" checked on "Current Theme Settings"?

Also, on the smileys page is this checked: Enable customized smileys

IF so what happens when you uncheck it?
