*shrugs*  do what you want then but don't ask why someone is not showing up as a moderator when you will not use the build in moderator group.

You can't add people to the moderator group because they are only moderators in the board that you choose, ourside that board, they are normal users. So regardless how many boards I add people moderators too, they will still show up as their post count group.

find:

Code Select Expand

replace with:

Code Select Expand

'group' => ($row['type'] != 3) ? $row['group_name'] : 'Moderator',

Change Moderator to whatever you like ....

I just completed an upgrade of my 1.1.12 forum to 2.0 RC4 and went to install Simple Portal 2.3.3.  I'm getting this error:

Database Error
Unknown column 'content' in 'field list'
File: /home/taysan/public_html/forum/Packages/temp/install2.php
Line: 971

I've searched and similar errors date back over a year.  Any thoughts?

But i have to change the color of it because its off the forum frame and the color doesnt match. I am not taking it off of subs-portal.php
I just need to change the color of it so it will fit and look nice in my forum.

In index.css, in your css directory, look for stuff related to to style class copyright.  You can fiddle with the style there, without messing with any CSS code.
This is not a SimplePortal question, of course -- it is related to SMF themes.

hi, i got a little problem...
after instalation SP I can't get to forum or admin panel because i get thist error:
Unable to load the 'Portal' template.

When i replace index.php with org file - forum works, but i have no options from SP (in Installed Packages i have SP)

Simply i have to copy all PortalXXX.template.php files to folder of my default theme

Hi Guys

Im looking to change from TinyPortal to SimplePortal & was wondering if the URL in SimplePortal is the same IE www.yourdomain.co.uk/forum/index.php as Ive built a Google PR on that page & dont want to lose it

Also are there any issues with the Pretty Urls mod as all I get are errors with TinyPortal
