in /Themes/default/languages/index.(your language).php, find those text strings and just add some <img src="..." /> html before it. If you're using SMF 2.0, you also need to go to Admin > Maintenance > Routine and Clear the file cache.

Since you're on 1.1.x, you don't need to do the second part. Just edit that file and find the text you want to put the image before and add it there.

If you're using another language (like spanish_latin) you have to edit it in index.spanish_latin.php

Add Reputation heart not showing in my forum I'm using SMF 1.1.8 with Blue Ace theme installed. Worked before but I had to install my forums from scratch.....

You'll need to do the theme edits again - you can use the parser on the top right side of the mod download page, select your SMF version, and press Parse. Search for "Display.template.php" and do the edits for that file.

Checked my Display.template.php but there doesn't appear to be any error in the file every thing is ok

did you upload the little heart icon to your theme's directory?

It's there, if it wasn't I'd get image error box and I'm getting nothing. Everything else is ok it's just the heart icon thats not appearing.

I've the site's admin and even I can't see it and permissions are set correctly, logged in with a test account and still nothing.

Hmm... have you enabled Reputation in the admin center?

Reputation is enabled...... whats my next option, uninstall and reinstall?

I can't think of anything else, so ya, I'd say that's the only thing left to do. Make sure you follow the install instructions exactly afterwards.

Nevermind on the language files, open /Themes/(your theme name)/Display.template.php and find this:

OK, after much messing around I hade to clean the forums completly off the server and reinstall (obviously levign my old settings.php files).

So far I have added these mods:
1. Ad Managment 2.3 
2. Treasury 2.34
3. Downloads System 1.1.5.1
4. SimplePortal 2.2
5. SMF Media Gallery

But when I try and install the Rep system I get this error:

Duplicate column name 'karma_disabled'
File: /home/twnbwor1/public_html/Packages/temp/install.php
Line: 72

also Modsettings.php fails

Help! I need my rep system back in place

I just upgraded to 2.0 RC1.  I'm trying to install v1.7.4 of this mod.  It gives me a "test failed" in my "Stats.php."

It gives me an 'add before':

//  Format the numbers nicely.

but my stats.php doesn't have that phrase/line in there.


It also tells me to replace:

function DisplayStats() { global $txt, $scripturl, $modSettings, $user_info, $context, $smcFunc; 

with

function DisplayStats() { global $txt, $scripturl, $modSettings, $user_info, $context, $smcFunc, $settings; 

I can do this, but it doesn't seem to solve anything.


Any suggestions?
