Topic: Is it possible to track the quality of posts?

I haven't seen this kind of thing used anywhere, and I don't know if it's already in the app.

I'd like to allow users to rank a post, so I can track the quality of a user's posts.

Is it already in the app? If not, how hard would this be to do? I know PHP.
