新手请教：php.ini 这个文件在哪里能找到？如何设置？

我的hosting 在godaddy,想用SMF建立个简单的论坛。已经设置好了一个MySQL 数据库，但不知在哪里能找到 php.ini， 更不知道按照SMF的要求作如下设置。请高手指教，多谢在先。

PHP 4.1.0 or higher. The following are required to be set correctly in php.ini:

the engine directive must be On.
the magic_quotes_sybase directive must be set to Off.
the session.save_path directive must be set to a valid directory, or empty.
the file_uploads directive must be On.
the upload_tmp_dir must be set to a valid directory, or empty.

Normally, you should be able to install smf on most of the hosting machines. You can go ahead to try it. If it doesn't work, contact your ISP.
