Cant install sitemap

Cant Install sitemap , I dont know where do you get Sitemap.php and Sitemap.template.php I tried Manual Install Instructions for SMF but I dont get It , modified all files , but still it dont work.

my: .htaccess

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^sitemap.xml$ hxxp:forum.hacks.lt/index.php?action=sitemap;xml [nonactive]

is this correct?

Those files will be inside the mod that you should have downloaded...
