Search for the word "info" to find the correct line.
The complete line maybe altered in your custom themes.
I noticed the line is   <td class="infob">  in one of your themes, I didnt have time to check the others, but this will give you the general idea.

I'm a bit confused about this mod's actual purpose.  Does it add images to only the main index page of the board or can you use it to add images to posts?  Also I can't locate in the admin panel.  Where exactly is it?

Create a new board or modify an existing board and you will see the necessary options

I would REALLY like to use this mod, and have tried a couple of times to install it, and it goes just fine - except that it does not place any images on my board.

I'm using the guhlin-antep theme, with smf v1.1.11

Any ideas?

I'm not a coder, so could really use some help!

I am not sure but have you enable this mod after you have installed it? Some mods need to be enabled before it works.

What version of your SMF? Which one did you download and install?
Try uninstall for now...

I have RC3 ... and I install manually version  ImagesOnBoard2.1.zip

Why uninstall ?

Because of the above. You should read this and download the attached copy if you are installing on SMF 2.0 RC3.
