Personal Message Problem

One of the users in my language support board is having a problem while sending a personal message.

Here is the error he gets:

Oh god, my forum has these when posting images. We figure since out host upgraded php and set the memory_limit to 8MB that that was the issue.

Try increasing your php memory_limit...
