Is there a way to export ALL member list fields to ASCII file?

I would like to periodically be able to export to an ASCII file all members of a SMF forum, say in CSV format, that includes all the data fields pertaining to each member, such as email address, date of registration, etc. etc.

This would be a very useful and convenient built-in feature to have.

Similarly, an import from ASCII (i.e. in the reverse direction) will be very helpful.

This will enable the use of off-line third-party programs, such as mail agents, etc. to do newsletters to select subsets of members and in any particular order desired, among other possible applications.

I believe you can do this with phpmyadmin, cant you?
