Customized Logo Banner ---- Cannot upload or replace

I had Invision Powerboard before having to switch.  With IPB I was able to customize the logo in order to reflect the name of my board, etc.  However, after I edited the logo pic and tried to upload I was told "Permission denied."  Why is this, and how to do replace the default logo with my own?

You mean you got 'Permission denied' by your FTP program!
Really sorry .. real life is demanding my full attention .. will be back soon hopefully :)

Yes.  Sorry I didn't specify that.  Is there another way I'm supposed to do this?  ???

Could be temporary problem from your host  8)
