Link management

Is there anyone working on a integrated link management system for SMF?
I use to have an awesome setup on my PhpBB board, but since I switched back over to SMF, I haven't even heard/read anything.

Just courious, I lost a big list of links when I switched.

Display links, subCategories, comment, sticky and adminCP and allow guests add Link.

Allow users to rate each site once, showing the average rating next to the hits.

Most popular link/most hits/most recent, pages. Popular link would be relating to the ones given the highest average rating.

Sounds good to me i would definitely use a mod like this one
