POP UP From Another Site

not sure if this is the place to ask. 
Lately every time I go to my site, an orange popup from Webpicasso comes up.  2-3 weeks ago I visited that site.  Since, there is a popup every time I go to my site.  but the popup last a second.  I already ran an scan on my computer and is fine.  Appears the pop up may be embedded in some place in my smf files on the server.

is the only place I see that popup.  I do not see that popup anywhere else.

I'm not seeing that issue. It might be something that installed itself locally on your computer. Have others had the same issue when visiting the site?

I clicked today many times between admin and home and only saw it once.  Is a square orange color popup that last about 1 second.  It shows a www.webpicasso.com [nofollow]

Site still isn't loading, all I see is a blank/white page.

It just loaded fine for me in different computers.  Are you sure going to www.enlaceslatinos.net [nofollow]?
