Firefox, noscript and cross scripting

Hi

When i go on certains posts, the noscript extension of firefox block some cross scripting. Is it normal here?

Might be the info checks from simplemachines.org

Does this occur on the main page of the admin section?

I have this happen to me here and only here. I think it may be in part an issue with the ads.

I had this problem, but marked simplemachines.org as trusted and have not seen the problem since...

As sleepy said, it could be an issue with the ads. Or something else. One thing we know, is that its nothing that marking SMF as trusted won't solve. At least, it never happened to me after that.

Yeah, if you run the noscript addon. click on the icon at the bottom right of your FF screen. Select to option to Mark Simplemachines.org as trusted. Mark www.simplemachiens.org as trusted. You can also mark the 2 lines with Google in them as trusted.

This will fix 99.9% of all your problems. I get the bar at the top with the scripting error once every 30-40 page loads on this site. And there is NO ad when I see it. This means that that particular ad has a problem. No biggie, just ignore it. It means nothing, and you won't see it again for quite a while..

The problem is, for me, it only, quite literally, happens once every few days.. As soon as it happens, I'll try tracking it down.. I know it tells me something about more info in the console, but damned if I can find this noscript console!!!! I been looking for it now for 30 minutes...and asking some people that have used it and helped in testing it....

oooh....just found, that this error, Deprecated method document.getSelection() called. Please use window.getSelection() instead., is NOT a google error..it is from the site.

I click on the log, and was copying.. then noticed, that when I click back on the site, I get that error. And yes, I tested, and it happens ONLY when clicking a page for simplemachines..

So I guess ignore, those error when dealing with the google problem.. those are simplemachines problem.

oh, and it happens whenever you mouse click anywhere on any page here at any time.. click, (4 errors) click (4 errors) every time.. If you have the program, open the error console, and just watch..
