Sponsor's logo per forum mod required

Couldn't see an existing mod for this but may of been looking at the wrong thing.

We need a mod that will allow a forum owner to add a logo per forum when it is sponsored by someone, it's just the addition of an image and and maybe some text but that's it.

If I've missed such an existing mod then sorry , please enlighten me.

Any offers / ideas welcomed.
