I've seen the same message on 2.0b4 public and also right here on the SMF website.

Obviously the text should not overflow the box.

Actually, due to inflation, a picture is now worth only 485 words...

It looks like normal by me 

I think you have a large screen resolution.
I don't see this issue using 1440 x 900

I'm sure the bigger the screen the less likely you would be to see the bad CSS.

My monitor is 1200x1600 although I don't generally run my browser full screen.

Yeap, So the text has to wrap, thus, overflowing.
I think this would be fixed before RC1 is released
