I need a little help please :)

I've never done a convert before so I need a little help.

I have created a directory called forum where I put a copy of all the VBulletin files, so that I don't mess up the main installation of VBulletin. I created a copy of the database so that I can try to do a conversion and see if everything works okay.

In that forum directory, I also copied the new 1.1.7 version of SMF (and extracted it) as well as the convert.php file and the vbulletin36_to_smf.sql  file.

I have tried to first do the installation of SMF by going to http://www.mydomain.com/forum/install.php
but it gives me a 404 not found error.

Am I missing a file or have I done something incorrectly? Can you give me some things to check?

I got everything converted okay. Looks like it all went well
