Joomla! 1.5.x and SMF 2.x. bridge

has anyone use this bridge ?

I'm still thinking should I upgrade smf 1.1.x to smf 2.0 and joomla 1.0.x to joomla 1.5 ?
I use smf 1.1.x & joomla 1.0.x, they work great
